Mangus, Arletta E. (Koons), 91, Portage. Entered into new life October 2, 2019 at UPMC Altoona. Born August 18, 1928 in Sankertown the daughter of Robert L. and Gretta M. (Cornelius) Koons. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Mark Robert Mangus and siblings: Lionel; Maragret Galat; William; Ora Schlosser; and Jean Fitzsimmons. Survived by her son Charles R. of Portage. Sister of Marlin of Cresson; Helen (Gordon) Bradley of Florida; James (Shirley) of Ohio; Nadine (John) Urban of California; and Ramona (Robert) Young of Duncansville. Arletta worked in the financial aid office of St. Francis College for many years. She held a BS degree in accounting. Friends received from 3-7 PM Sunday at the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Portage. Funeral Mass 11 AM Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church. Fr. Tom Stabile, T.O. R. celebrant . Committal St. Bartholomew Cemetery, Wilmore.
