Fornadel, Mrs. Anna M. 91, Windber, formerly of Beaverdale. Entered into new life April 26, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born January 7, 1928 in Johnstown the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Ivock) Mucko . Preceded in death by her parents, sister Ruby OclamchaK, brothers Frank and Joseph. Survived by her husband of 69 years Leonard Fornadel and children: Ronald married to the former Mary Jo Cononie of Stanton , VA; Leonard Fornadel of Beaverdale; and Karen Fornadel of Beaverdale. Grandchildren: Maria (Travis) Beck; Theresa (Matt) Nagy, and Kathleen (Andrew) Haines. Great grandchildren: Michael and Stephen Beck; Thomas, Sofia, Claire and Benedict Haines. Sister of Barb Psioda of Pittsburg. Ann was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to cook and bake and dance to her favorite polkas. She was a devout Catholic attending daily mass and serving as a Eucharistic Minister. Friends received from 10 AM until 11:30 AM Monday at the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Beaverdale . Funeral Mass Monday 12 Noon SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Windber. Fr. Roderick Soha, T.O.R, celebrant. Committal St. Joseph Cemetery, Beaverdale. In lieu of flowers family ask contributions be made to Northern Ambulance of Windber. The family would like to thank Conemaugh Home Health, Windber Hospital staff, and the staff of 8 Rose of Memorial Medical Center for their loving and compassionate care.
