Chippo-Phillips, Velma A. (Demko), 88, Portage, PA. Entered into new life December 1, 2020 at Maple Winds Care Center. Born April 10, 1932 in Portage Twp., the daughter of Andrew and Anna (Chernisky) Demko. Preceded in death by parents, first husband Samuel Chippo , second husband Andrew Phillips and her sister Delores Scarton. Survived by her daughters: Denise wife of Richard Bem, Tina Chippo, and Patricia wife of Scott Corrente all of Portage, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Also surviving is her brother Richard Demko of Bedford. Member of Holy Family Parish, Portage. Funeral Services will be limited due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Committal St. Bartholomew Cemetery, Wilmore. Velma’s family understand your concerns for health and safety during this unprecedented time and ask that if you are unable to be with them to please say a prayer for Velma.
