Obituary for Russell W. Keener
Keener, Russell W., 58,Portage. Died September 15, 2023 at home. He was born September 16, 1964 in Murfreesboro, TN the son of Marvin W. and Dorothy (Phipps) Keener. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Charlotte McFall. Survived by his siblings: Timothy (Patti) Keener of Cherry Tree, PA; Tina (Roger) Dial of Lexington Park, MD; Christine Wasser of Duncansville, PA; and Brenda (Paul) Davis of Johnstown, PA. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. Russell enjoyed his hobby of working word search puzzles and running his remote control cars. He also loved to eat, his favorite meal, a hamburger, fries and chocolate milk. Family and friends will meet at 11 AM Saturday September 23, 2023 at Headricks Union Cemetery, Johnstown for a graveside service. The family is being served by Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Portage, PA.
