Obituary for Ronald S. Dibert
Ronald Stephen Dibert was born September 30, 1954 to Doris A. Dibert and Jesse J. Leech in Philadelphia, PA . After a long and courageous battle with kidney disease and diabetes, he met his Lord May 22, 2020 at his home in Beaverdale the way he wanted. He is survived by son Russell Dibert of Sidman and his daughter Ingrid Wahll Kidd of Knoxville, Tenn. , beloved sisters Brenda, wife of Bruce Pitt and Karen wife of Doug Dahmer, as well as countless relatives, special Cuz, Edward "Boy" Locher Jr.
Ron had a strong work ethic and was most proud of his years as an underground coal miner for BethEnergy Mines.
To say Ron was an avid outdoorsman is an understatement. No one loved to fish and hunt more. He planted hundreds of trees as well. Loved his music, motorcycle, cooking and animals. Ron lived life to the fullest and stayed as long as he could. He is buried near his mom in Pavia. It was his wish for no viewing/ funeral. A Celebration Of Life will be held as soon as we can honor him properly.
