Obituary for Richard Kent Billings
Billings, Richard Kent, 87, Portage, PA . Died June 12, 2023 at home. Born August 03, 1935 in Johnstown the son of Earl and Elizabeth (Helsel) Billings. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife the former Shirley (Spence) Wilson and all of his siblings: Viola, Virginia, Reba, Earl, Jr., William, “Pete”, Chuck, “Skutch”, Kelly, Don, and Herald. Survived by his step children Rayetta, Danita, Brenda and Raymond. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. He was a life member of the Portage Pistol Club. Retired from Altoona Pipe and Steel with over 30 years of service. Friends received Thursday June 15, 2023 from 6 PM until time of service 7:30 PM at the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Portage. Interment Prospect Cemetery.
