Obituary for Raymond J. Osewalt
82, Beaverdale, died at home. Born in Ruthford the son of Francis and Agnes (Keenan) Osewalt. Preceded in death by his parents and wife Betty, great granddaughter Raegan Panick, brothers and sisters: Mickey Osewalt, Joann Lord, Carol Fyock, June Elersic, Elaine Kosaber, Penny McCoughany, and Connie Kirkland Survived by his daughters: Gail “Pebbles” wife of Sandy George, and Diane L. Corle, both of Beaverdale. Grandchildren: Raeann, Janessa and Kenny. Brother of Frank (Theresa) Osewalt, and Joyce Anderson both of Painesville, OH. Also surviving is his close friend Ron Holgash. Ray served his country as a member of the Air Force. Ray retired from the coal mines, where he was a mechanic and electrician. He enjoyed fixing things and “tinkering” in his garage. Friends received form 2-4 and 6-8 Pm Tuesday at the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Beaverdale, where service will be held Wednesday at 11 AM. Rev. Ed Wagner, officiating. Interment Dunmyer Cemetery. Military grave side rites by the members of the Beaverdale American Legion.
