Barr, Judith A. (Papcun), 69, Sidman. Passed away January 30, 2022 at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg. She was born September 18, 1952 in Johnstown the daughter of John G. and Violet P. (Miller) Papcun. Preceded in death by her father and husband James A Barr. Survived by her mother Violet P. Papcun-Barr, son Jim Barr and his children, and her brother John (Patti) Papsun. Services and inurnment will be private. The family would like to thank cousins Jane and Mike Zavasky of Erie and the nurses and staff of Cambria Care Center. The Barr family is being served by the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Beaverdale.
