Obituary for Jean (Adams) Bolvin
Bolvin, Mrs. Jean (Adams), 91, Portage. Entered into new life August 8, 2018 at Maple Winds Care Center. Born May 13, 1927 in Portage the daughter of Stanley A. and Mary M. (McGough) Adams. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Clair, son Scott “Hoop”, grandchildren Billie Joe McMacken, Blain Bolvin, and Joseph Bolvin, brothers: Bill, Bob, James, Paul, Thomas, Stanley, Earl “Major”; sisters Myrtle, and Rosemarie Hurd. Survived by children: Rick (Linda) of Florida; George (Nancy) of New York; Mick (Patti) of Sidman; Stanley “Tiny” (Robin) of Portage; Barry (Sharon) of Wilmore; and Connie Markus of Ebensburg. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Sister of Gertrude (Waide) Ross of Summerhill. Friends received from 5 PM until 7 PM Friday at the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Portage. Inurnment Mt. Olive Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family ask donations be given to Windber Hospice or the Mt. Olive Church. The family would like to thank the staff of Maple Winds Care Center and Windber Hospice for their wonderful, compassionate care.
