Gallaher-Salkeld, Alice June (Miller) 94, Summerhill. Died February 5, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She was born August 9, 1926 in Boliver the daughter of Lewis and Anna (Sherman) Miller. Preceded in death by her parents, and husbands William Salkeld and George Gallaher, son William H. Salkeld, grandsons Clifford W. Smith and William H. Johns, 4 sisters, 3 brothers, sons in law Clyde Johns and Jerry LeFort, and daughter in law Paula Salkeld. Survived by her children: Judy Johns; Debbie (Clifford) Smith; Pat LeFort; Bonnie (Ray) Plummer; and Barry Salkeld, numerous grandchildren, great grand and great- great grandchildren. Sister of Della Cole, Louise Overdorff, and Rodger Miller. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. Due to the Covid -19 Pandemic funeral services will be private to the family. Interment will be held at Dunmyer Cemetery, Salix. Alice’s family wishes to keep everyone safe during this time and ask that you have a happy thought of her in lieu of gathering. The family is being served by Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Beaverdale.
